City jobs are rarely just about the air conditioner. There’s building access to arrange, a loading dock or visitor parking to find, and sometimes a building manager who needs to sign us in. Tell us about any of that when you book and we’ll plan the visit around it.

In an apartment, the outdoor unit might be on the balcony, on the roof or in a shared plant area. If yours is on common property, tell us who manages the building when you book, so access is sorted before we arrive.

Do you work on VRV and VRF systems in apartment buildings?
Yes. We service, fault-find and repair VRV and VRF systems from Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, LG, Samsung and Panasonic, whether it’s one apartment’s indoor unit or the plant that serves the whole building.
What should I tell you about building access?
Where we can park or unload, how we get into the building and to the plant, and whether a building manager needs to sign us in or leave a key. If roof access needs an induction or a permit, mention that too.
Can you audit the air conditioning across a whole building?
Yes. We inspect every unit, rate its condition and give you a prioritised list, so a strata committee or property manager can plan repairs and replacements instead of reacting to breakdowns.
