Daikin VRV
We design, supply, service and repair Daikin VRV systems.
Daikin service & repairsMany zones, each controlled on its own, all running from one outdoor system. We design, supply, install, service and repair VRV and VRF systems for offices, shops, multi-tenancy buildings and apartments across Perth.
Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) links many indoor units to a single outdoor system through one refrigerant network. VRV is Daikin’s name for the same technology, which is why the two terms get swapped around so often.
A single outdoor unit, or several modules linked together, serves many indoor units across a floor or a whole building.
Inverter compressors vary the flow of refrigerant to match what each zone actually needs, rather than running flat-out.
Each room, floor or tenancy has its own settings, and one central control covers the entire system.
All zones heat or all zones cool at any one time. That makes it a cost-effective choice where the spaces need much the same thing through the day.
Some zones can heat while others cool, and heat taken from the rooms being cooled is reused in the rooms that need it. A good match where the sunny side and the shady side behave differently.
Floors, meeting rooms and fit-outs that fill and empty at different times of day.
Shopfronts, cafés and venues that have to stay comfortable for customers.
Each residence sets its own temperature, all from shared plant.
Classrooms and halls with changing use across the week.
Separate control for each tenancy on one system.
Dependable, zoned comfort for rooms in constant use.
Each area is conditioned to its own set point.
Output rises and falls with the load, which suits buildings that are rarely full.
Refrigerant pipes take far less space than large supply ductwork.
Outdoor modules can be combined to suit larger buildings.
Cassette, ducted and ceiling-suspended units, picked for each space.

Licensed installation of outdoor modules, refrigerant pipework and indoor units.
Each zone is set up and tested so the system runs the way it was designed to from the start.
Preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis, including communication errors, refrigerant leaks, PCB and compressor faults.
We’ll audit each VRF, ducted and cassette asset across your portfolio and hand you a condition rating for every one, plus a budget forecast.
For building owners, developers and facilities managers weighing up variable refrigerant flow.
In practice, none. VRF, short for variable refrigerant flow, is the general term for a system where one outdoor unit runs many indoor units over a shared refrigerant network. Daikin’s version of the same technology carries its VRV trademark, so the two names are used interchangeably.
With heat pump VRF, every zone is heating or every zone is cooling at any one time, so it suits buildings where the spaces have similar needs through the day. Heat recovery lets some zones heat while others cool, moving heat out of the cooling zones to where it’s needed. That suits a building with a sunny side and a shaded side, or server rooms next to offices. We’ll recommend one once we’ve looked at your building.
All the major ranges: Daikin VRV, Mitsubishi Electric City Multi, Fujitsu Airstage, LG Multi V, Panasonic ECOi and Samsung DVM S. We take care of design, supply and installation on all of them, plus the servicing and repairs.
Yes. We take on the servicing and repair of existing VRF systems across Perth, whoever installed them. We start with an inspection that shows you what condition the system is in and anything the previous maintenance missed.
For commercial use, every three to six months depending on running hours and conditions on site, plus a full inspection each year of the outdoor modules, refrigerant circuit and controls. We build the maintenance program around your building so faults get picked up early and tenants stay comfortable.
Start by telling us about the building: what it’s used for, the spaces and zones, and whether it’s a new fit-out, a refurbishment or a replacement. From there we work out the loads, recommend a system type and indoor units, and set out the design, supply and installation in a written proposal.
Describe your building and we’ll suggest a system for it, or get your existing VRF running at its best.
